Before the end of the year I will write six arrangements for the Saskatoon Symphony for their Christmas concert. Four will feature vocalist Elly Thorn and two will feature my long time collaborator and friend Dean McNeill.

I am currently working on a large work for Wind Band commissioned by the University of Saskatchewan. The work was commissioned by band's conductor Darren Oekerling in honour of the exoneration of Chief Poundmaker.

Next is my fourth commission for the Alberta Baroque Ensemble. This one will be a concerto for Violin and Flute to celebrate their 40th Anniversary.

In the new year I will write a new work for trumpet and wind band to feature Dean McNeill with the Edmonton Wind's on their 2020 European tour.

I'm very excited to be adapting Pipe Dreams, the flute concerto I wrote for James Walker, for the University of Southern California Wind Band conducted by H. Robert Reynolds.

Finally, I have started work on a new musical/opera to celebrate the 50th Anniversary of MacEwan University. Vern Theissen will write the book and the Royce Varvek will be the librettist. We are currently considering a few works to adapt  and are looking in to acquiring the rights...more to come:-)
